SMS and MMS messages from Janusas Law are limited to Customer Care communications related to your case, including appointment reminders, court date confirmations, case status updates, settlement coordination, document confirmations, and direct two-way conversations with your attorney or paralegal. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature and stage of your case. You may receive multiple messages on active matters and infrequent messages otherwise.

Carrier charges

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Janusas Law does not charge any fee for SMS or MMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may resume messages at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES.

Privacy

Mobile information, including phone numbers and the content of SMS messages, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we handle your mobile information.
